【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesastandardprocedurefornondestructiveradiographicexaminationofsemiconductordevices,electroniccomponents,andthematerialsusedforconstructionoftheseitems.Thistestmethodcoverstheradiographicexaminationoftheseitemsforpossibledefectiveconditionssuchasextraneousmaterialwithinthesealedcase,improperinternalconnections,voidsinmaterialsusedforelementmounting,orthesealingglass,orphysicaldamage.Thequalitylevelandacceptancecriteriaforthespecimensbeingexaminedshallbespecifiedinthedetaildrawing,purchaseorderorcontract.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
