【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241introducesthemultipartstandardonergonomicrequirementsfortheuseofvisualdisplayterminalsforofficetasks,providesguidelinesforauser-performanceapproachandgivesanoverviewofallpartsofISO9241currentlypublishedandoftheanticipatedcontentofthoseinpreparation.ThedocumentalsoprovidessomeguidanceonhowtouseISO9241anddescribeshowconformancetoISO9241shouldbereported.ForthepurposeofISO9241,officetasksaretakentoincludeawiderangeofgenerictextanddataprocessingtasks.Duetothesimilarityoftheseactivitiestotasksperformedinotherenvironments,e.g.medical,scientific,telecommunications,controlroomsandpublicaccess,manyoftherequirementsinISO9241areappropriatetotheseenvironmentsaswell.ISO9241doesnotcoverelectricalsafetyofVDTs.ThisiscoveredbyIEC950.Thefollowingtermsaredefinded:user-performanceapproach,user-performancetest.
