【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardestablishesthetechnicalsafetyrequirementsfor:?constructing;?assembling;?erecting;?operating;?servicing;aliquidpumporpumpunit.Itcontainsalistofsignificanthazards,whichcanarisewiththeuseofaliquidpumporpumpunit,andestablishestherequirementsand/orprotectivemeasureswhichwillleadtoareductionoftherisks.LiquidpumpscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardare:?rotodynamicpumps;?rotarypositivedisplacementpumps;?reciprocatingdisplacementpumps;suppliedseparatelywithoutdrive(electricmotororinternalcombustionengine).Ingeneral,pumpsaredefinedasbeingterminatedbytheirinletandoutletconnectionsaswellasbytheirshaftends.Pumpssuppliedinthisformareusuallycalledbareshaftpumps.Theyare'machines'inthedefinitionoftheMachineryDirective.TheassemblyofabareshaftpumpwithitsdrivercanrequiremeasuresthatareoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.PumpunitsaredescribedasLiquidpumpstogetherwithadriverandincludingtransmissionelements,baseplates,andanyauxiliaryequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealeitherwiththetechnicalsafetyrequirementsforthedesignormanufactureofdriversnorofauxiliaryequipment.Itdoesnotsetdowneitherrequirementsfortherisksdirectlyarisingfrommeansprovidedfortheportability,transportabilityandmobilityofpumpunitsduringorbetweenperiodsoftheiroperation,northerequirementsfortransmissionshaftslinkingatractororotherself-propelledmachinerytoapump.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverpumpsandpumpunitsforthefollowingapplications:?pumpsandpumpunitswhoseonlypowersourceisdirectlyappliedmanualeffort;?pumpsandpumpunitsformedicaluseusedindirectcontactwiththepatient;?pumpsandpumpunitsspeciallydesignedorputintoservicefornuclearpurposeswhich,intheeventoffailure,canresultinanemissionofradioactivity;?pumpsandpumpunitsforuseonseagoingvesselsormobileoff-shoreunits;?pumpsandpumpunitsspeciallydesignedformilitaryorpolicepurposes.Neitherdoesitcoverpumpsandpumpunitsforhydraulicpowertransmission.SpecificrequirementsforparticularfeaturesofpumpsadditionaltothecommonrequirementssetoutinthisstandardcanbefoundinotherstandardssuchasEN1028,EN1151,EN1829,andintheEuropeanStandardsonsubmersiblepumpunitsandforliquidpumpsfortheuseinagrifoodstuffindustries.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletopumpsandpumpunitswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandard.
