【摘要】:ThispartofISO3691givessafetyrequirementsandthemeansfortheirverificationforthefollowingtypesofpedestrian-propelledtrucks(hereafterreferredtoastrucks),equippedwithload-handlingdevicesfornormalindustrialduties,e.g.forkarmsandplatforms,orintegratedattachmentsforspecialapplications:-pedestrian-propelledstraddlestackers,-palletstackers,-industrialtruckswithcapacitiesnotexceeding1000kgwithmanualorelectricalbattery-poweredlifting,-low-liftpallettruckswithliftheightupto300mmandratedcapacityupto2300kg,-scissor-liftpallettruckswithliftheightsupto1000mmorratedcapacityupto1000kgwithmanualorelectricalbattery-poweredlifting.Itisapplicabletotrucksprovidedwitheithermanualorelectricalbattery-poweredlifting,operatingonsmooth,level,hardsurfaces.NOTEOn-boardbatterychargersareconsideredtobepartofthetruck.Attachmentsmountedontheload-carrierorontheforkarmswhichareremovablebytheuserarenotconsideredtobepartofthetruck.ThispartofISO3691dealswithsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotheapplicablemachineswhenusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Itdoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsfora)climaticconditions,b)operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchasfreezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironments,strongmagneticfields),c)electromagneticcompatibility(emission/immunity),d)handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/alkalis,radiatingmaterials,especiallybrittleloads),e)handlingsuspendedloadswhichmayswingfreelyhandling,f)useonpublicroads,g)directcontactwithfoodstuffs,h)operationongradientsoronsurfacesotherthansmooth,level,hardsurfaces,i)liftingsystemsusingbelts,j)liftingofpersons,k)truckswithoverturningmomentgreaterthan400.00Nm,l)scissor-lifttruckswhoseliftingispoweredbyexternalmeans(electric,pneumatic),m)rollcontainers,n)trucksthatareintendedtobetowedbypoweredvehicles,o)trucksdesignedforspecialapplications(e.g.hospitals,restauranttrolleys),p)winch-operatedtrucks,q)mobileliftingtables.Hazardsrelevanttonoise,vibrationandvisibilityarenotsignificantandarenotdealtwithinthispartofISO3691.Regionalrequirements,additionaltothosegiveninthispartofISO3691,areaddressedinISO/TS3691-7.
