【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscriticalcharacteristicsoflowvelocityresilientmaterialprojectiles(hereinreferredtoasLVRMprojectiles)madeofaresilientmaterial,andshallhaveadiameternosmallerthan20mm(0.7874in)andnogreaterthan30mm(1.18in.),withahardnessnogreaterthan75Shore00inaccordancewithSpecificationD2240.Thisspecificationhelpsdefinewhetheraprojectileissuitableforusewithalowvelocityprojectilemarker(hereinreferredtoasLVPmarkerasdefinedinSpecificationF2574).TheweightoftheLVRMprojectileisnottoexceed4.0g.Furthermore,thisspecificationestablishesminimumwarningandpackagelabelingtohelpensurethattheLVRMprojectilesareusedinasafemannerandthattheriskofinjuryisreduced.1.2ALVRMprojectileisnotapaintballasdefinedinSection2.1.2ofSpecificationF1979.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
